We hosted a wedding reception and are happy to say that we found everything in one place starting from the party hall, food, decoration and stay for our guests. We appreciate the team led by Mr. Babu, the front desk and especially the catering team. I recommend the hotel to all.

What I didn't like:1. Pathetic online booking experience. After booking, you won't get the booking details. Money gets deducted though. Then you will have to call the hotel to confirm the booking. One of the Most Irritating stay at this Hotel. I checked in with my wife and 2 kids at 8 pm on 13/4/24 night after a very hectic drive from Madurai for 5 hours straight. I booked a premium double room.The room was not properly cleaned.Service was very bad, for everything you have to call room service multiple times.They said no outside food was allowed, which was surprising.Reception staff was not welcoming. Table had cigrate bud burning marks.Overall bad experience

Stayed at this hotel on 14th & 15th October. The hotel is very badly maintained, the bed Lenin’s are dirty, the bathroom towel has turned to brown from white, looks like they haven’t changed their bathroom towels since the hotel opened 3years back.Regret booking in a hotel like hash6.
