Hotel is located at centre of the city (near Gandhipuram bus stand). Breakfast is ok, limited varieties. Room is good. House Keeping need to be improved. Front desk staff sometimes allot the smoking rooms for people who are not smoking 😆. Ok stay

Made a reservation on their direct landline number on 29.04.2022 8.00 P.M for single occupancy Room @ 2600 + Tax on MAP Plan , this was the plan details and rate confirmation given by the Hotel front Desk Mr.Raghul . Makemytrip was also offering the similar price 2777 + tax for the Executive Room.Ar

I am staying in 205 where the room itself is small,not even have power connectors near bed. on top of that the tv is not working properly and is getting switched off every 2 minutes. They should have checked all these before checking in me into the room. Very disappointed with the service.
