The staff is fine, usually runs behind tips is what I observed in our 2 days stay, place really needs renovation specially maintenance and cleaning. We had a booking for 2 days, but the first day when we reached we could not find the booked rooms available. As per them they were full so we could not see other rooms. There was some smell in the room, so we denied staying in said rooms. We were degraded to nearby unrated hotel. The next day Hotel

The hotel seems to pritty old. Its located right in the centre of Dalhousie. The rooms are not well lit. Intercom phones are not working and too much disturbances because of monkeys. The location of the hotel is excellent, Gandhi Chowk is a 5 minutes walk. The hotel rooms on the top floor gives an excellent view...
