We had three rooms in two of them lockers were not working . When we complained they were repaired. Hot water was not there in one room . Toilet paper was made available only when we asked for it. Swimming pool is nearly non existent . It's too small . Game room is only for very small kids

We had an amazing 2 night stay at Presidium! The room was beautiful and exactly as in the photos. The balcony on our ground floor room was extremely spacious and a great place to relax!
