Probably one of the best places to stay in Dalhousie. Breathtaking views with superb facilities. The food is amazing with kitchen staff going a way ahead to match your taste. The play area and games section keep the kids busy and engaged which is best. The Covid-19 guidelines are also being followed

We booked 5 luxury rooms from 1st-4th May. The access road to this hotel is quite steep, but once you enter, the spectacular views of Pir Panjal range and also the hotel interiors and rooms will swipe your mind away. The studio apartments were very luxurious, breakfast buffet spread was excellent and tasty, and service very prompt. C

The property with the valley view is one of the best. The location is too strategic it is centre of city but still away from hustle and bustle. On reaching the place you are welcomed with breathtaking view and great hospitality. It had zero stairs so was super helpful for our parents. The rooms are

Lwmme start crom my check in day - the rooms we opted for was 2 honeymoon suite thinking about the premium class facilities that we'll be getting but it we ordered for buffet bfdakfast, staff started arguing we can't pdovide buffet & that too in

We were two couples stayed (2 nights). We found everything fine rooms, food quality, timings of breakfast, dinner.Only downside my suggestion for prospective guests is Don't book rooms on 3rd floor as there will always be noise of children playing & shouting because of carrom, table tennis, snooker

From the town centre, this resort is just a few minutes away by walk but the approach road is quite steep. The check in was quite smooth. The hotel rooms are amazingly spacious, and the interior is very tastefully done. The view from the sit out is absolutely magnificent. You are unlikely to forget

One of the best experiences. From check in time everything was smooth. All the staff members were helpful and went out of there way to make the stay memorable one. They upgraded our room to premium luxury which had one of the best views possible. Due to heavy snowfall there was electricity issue but
