Very poor service. 1. If the power supply shuts, they don't have power back up. My room was on 4th floor. My parents was above 70 years and can't take stairs . Very Bad Experience with this hotel. rooms are very small, beds are small and just can fit 2 persons max . Lift too small , unorganised room design, food are too expensive, odd placement of hotel where car does not go, you will have to walk to luggage to reach the hotel gate. Price wise you can get

Hotel Rooms are average. They didn't have geysers in room and were providing hot water only between 7 to 9 morning and evening. The kitchen was very slow in processing orders.
