Loved the stay at this hotel in Darjeeling. The restaurant staff of Romika and Kavita were so super helpful and caring. They made our stay excellent. Also want to call out Bhim Rai for the extra help he provided. Bikash on the front desk was also very helpful. Overall excellent stay.

Room no. 503 needs serious renovation -- shabby room, flaky dampened walls, stained pillow cover. Bathroom is small and having broken tiles and unmaintained accessories. On arrival to hotel no choices were given before choosing the room, when asked for. By default no shower cap given, we had to ask

It was an excellent experience in Summit Hermon. We stayed in Room 604 (Premium Room with Balcony) and the views from the room, both from the balcony and windows, were awesome. On a clear day, you will get the views of the snow peaks and the valley below right from your balcony. Everything was neat

The location of the hotel is such that it is accessible by walking to the main market and close by to the site seeing places within Darjeeling. We stayed here for 4 nights in room 804. It is an attic room with a terrace which opens to a spectacular view of Kanchenjunga. The hotel service team was very warm and friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel is located near Chowrasta so you can go shopping whenever you feel like.T
