Had a 3 night stay here, The hotel is about an hour and 15 minutes by car from Dehradun airport. The hotel is located sort of in its own bubble presently due to road construction issues so note that there is absolutely nothing you can walk to for the moment. Overall we had a great stay. We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Dun. We stayed for 3 nights in Sept end 2022 and wanted to just relax and avoid crowds. Location: The hotel is on the old dun-Mussorrie road, away from the busy city and faces the Malsi Reserve forest. The last mile approach is patchy but there is a paved road that i

Dharmander and Pankag took care of us and helped with the room and did a really good job. These guys were attentive in all aspects like our dry cleaning, makingbsure the rooms had adeqaute water etc etc. We were here for a family wedding event and really loved the location and service from the staff

Overall a very poor experience at the hotel.Guests from nearby rooms making noise past 10 p.m. followed by maintenance work being carried out well past 12 midnight. This occurred on 2 nights of our short 3 night stay. The hotel staff including the General Manager and his Deputy are not aware of what
