Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially kumod from housekeeping helped us . Staff is smiling and ready to help. Amenities are sufficient for a short stay. Room was well equipped . Restaurant Coco Osteria is their USP, food quality is quite good

Had a very comfortable stay. Rooms were cleaned and ready within minutes of our arrival and were properly sanitized in front of us for our convenience. In-house restaurants and COCO cafe below the property were serving very delicious food as per the choice of kids. We did'nt have to go anywhere else

Our family stayed in this place for over 10 days in July 2021 and honestly they treated us like family members. Their room service is super responsive and every call made to help desk was attended with promptness. I personally haven’t witnessed this kind of promptness and concern anywhere in India.
