We had booked a normal room but wanted to upgrade. They immediately upgraded us to a balcony room since it was available. The balcony view was great. Overall rooms are well maintained and the staff is very cooperative. The location is very peaceful and the market is easily accessible by walking.

Such a good experience. Breakfast, dinner all was included in our package and the staff behaved so properly with us. Taste of the food is also good. Without any hesitation I am recommending my readers, if you are planning to stay in Dharamshala, stay in the hotel.

We travelled as a family of 4. The booking process (telephonic plus one thousand in advance) was fairly smooth.
