Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator

We had a great stay. The rooms were spacious and tidy with mesmerising views of the snow clad dhauladhar mountain range from the balcony. Location was very close to the local market place and taxi stand. Staff was polite and courteous. Breakfast menu was slightly limited but was good. Would recommen

One of the best place visited so far in dharamshala. Great rooms, wonderful view from the room. Restaurant food is tasty. One thing to specially mention the staff is very courteous. Be it at reception or in restaurent or housekeeping they will greet you with wonderful smile where every you met them

This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. I have never stayed in a boutique hotel as I normally visits the big chain hotel but this hotel makes me want to never step foot in a big hotel again . Awesome experience and even the hospitality was very impressive,Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
