Stayed in #111, though new and built with some style but dirty room, terrible washroom and very poorly laid out plan for the room and the wash area. All bed linen, quilts, pillows & mattress are of inferior quality and poor taste. Service is good, foods to be avoided.

I stayed in this hotel for a night on my return from Arunachal. It is a new, clean and chic hotel. The staff are all friendly and the Front Office Manager Ms. Rosy Bora is the jewel to this place. Considering the rates and its location, it is an ideal place for a stay in Dibrugarh. I will certainly

Was not as good as expected.. very poor service.. Basic amenities as mentioned in the hotel website was not provided even after requesting. Room was full of mosquitoes at night. Dinner that we ordered at 8pm was served at 11:45Pm

It is a worst hotel I have ever visited.No management system .They have only 6 to 7 employee who are managing the entire hotel including bar and restaurant.They cannot handle if more than 6 to 7 people enter the restaurant.Food quality is too bad and highly priced .it takes hours for them to serve.T

This is a story of hotel from hell where nothing is delivered even if you made the communication and got the confirmation months in advance. So many issues... let me list everything! 1) the hotel isnt finished. Why do they take bookings? Very poor business decision. There is no elevator, no basic ameneties like bed side lamps, no milk or coffee in the room for the kettle, no pillows for the bed only the bed cover cushions, no slippers. W

Never ever have the biriyani,or pasta! There was a lack of taste I'd say and overall service would be 3 out of 5 stars. Restaurant has no washroom therefore it is inconvenient to go downstairs and use the facilities again.

Very spacious room with all the amenities. Due to my short stay, I didn't have the opportunity to dine in the restaurant. Well behaved staff. Very pleasant stay.Location of the hotel is good. Good parking facility. Just 5 mins drive from DBRG station.

I have been there with my family few days ago and i just love the ambiance, staffs are very polite and friendly, service is a bit slow but overall experience is good. Love the food very much specially the Sizziler & Pan Fried Noodles. Front office staff are very helpful. Nice environment everything
