We couple had visited Dwarka and stayed At Fern Satva Resort for 2 Nights. Our overall experience is very good. We have observed all staff wearing Mask and ensuring Covid guidelines being followed prpperly. Food was fantastic specially Chinese one. We had aslo visited Kitchen of the Resort which was

We visited Dwarka for seeing the temples. The hotel is at a 10 minutes distance by car from the Temple but otherwise the location is quaint and has beautiful views of the windmills. The room are spacious and well stocked with amenities although I felt that the floor could have been cleaned better. C

Buffet spread is less as compared to other resort in locality. The price I paid here for breakfast in same price I can have breakfast in other resort in Dwarka and much better and huge buffet spread. Bhaji was tasteless and upma definitely not met my expectations. Dishes from live counter should be

Beautiful ambience. It was just a stopover before heading towards the Shivrajpur beach. We were all given a warm welcome, after our return we were served delicious lunch and before our backward journey they served us some tea and snacks. The staff is very hospitable and curtious.

This is the best hotel in Dwarka for luxury and also price wise.I had inquired the price of a 3 star hotel in Dwarka and the price was almost that of The Fern Sattva Resort with much less facilities than that of The Fern Sattva Resort.So for value for money the Fern Sattva Resort is the best hotel i

The hotel can be given the highest points for customer service and management. Even in the situation of COVID-19 the staff never failed to take care of the customers and served appropriate medicated drinks and food so that we are all safe and healthy. Only reason I'm giving a 3 star is for the Beautiful location, lovely rooms and Mr. Chaterjee at the reception (he was extremely efficient). .apart from that the service is extremely poor both in the room and restaurant. In the room service i ordered for a bottle of water and it took them more than
