The hospitality is terrible. The check in took us 1 hour. After ordering in room service, the food was delivered after 45 minutes and cold. Snacks were served without appropriate sauces. The in room dining menu is unbelievably small and no outside menu orders are entertained. Pathetic hotel not wort

What sets a very good property different from a GREAT property is the team that is managing the property.Courtyard by Marriott aravalis is indeed a GREAT property and specially so because of the team that runs the show. We recently had a great staycation at their property and loved the hospitality.
