I ofter visit this place since 2014 when it was known as Atrium, now the ownership changed, and this is reorganised under "sarovar portico" Group of hotels. I really liked the hotel and the services at the hotel which were very customer focused and guest centric.The restaurant had a variety of choices in the well designed menu with the taste and quality were par excellence. The presentation of virgin mojito and murg ke shole was impressive and tasteful.

I specifically asked for a room with window but I was given a room in lower ground floor which is like a basement , as soon as I got in the room I called reception and asked him to change our room but he clearly denied . Visited this hotel first time on business trip and to our surprise found it very comfortable and quiet. The deluxe room was very spacious and clean. The staff very supportive And caring. During meals they will ask you if you need anything and manger to chef all will meet you. Met the gm of the hotel
