Hertiage Denzong was our first hotel in Gangtok and its location is one of the best, if you are hopeful to get a view of Kanchenjunga. However, we were not lucky enough as next mornings were kind of cloudy. However, hotel room did not disappoint us as rooms are well designed and balcony of each room

The location of the place is good but the rooms are very old and not well maintained. If you look under the beds, they are dirty, carpets are dirty, bathrooms have mold. All of our family members got sick with allergies. Staff at restaurant is non attentive and food is not the quality you expect on
