I had taken 3 rooms for 2 nights (16th June to 18th June), There was lot of buzz created about the Mayfair Gangtok Property, hence we wanted to enjoy the 5 star services and the amenities. But instead of the 5 Star Services, I/we experienced many more problems. 1) The service staff was understaffed.
