We stayed here for 3 nights and we liked the stay though we had few minor issues that were sorted out later. We opted for family room that has 1 single bed and 1 double bed. Nice rooms with very cooperative and helpful staff. They go extra miles to help you. A bit difficult to find the hotel, as there is just a single sign board on the street. Pros - Nearby mall road (10 mins walk)Heater is available in all the rooms.

Hotel is very good. Great staff with extreme. Will come back here for our next visit to Gangtok. Food was good, had plenty of options. They need to improve on the food preparation time, took 45mins to provide the food for in room dining. Excellent view from their roof top resto bar.

We were looking for a rooftop cafe with peaceful environment and Zip by spree fit that category.. They not only have a rooftop cafe but they also have rooms(lodging)which were neat and spacious,and also a restaurant.. The staffs were very friendly and the service was great.. The food was top notch
