I was there for my official trip during this pendemic. They were taking all precautions and their Chief Engineer (Mr. Pramod) and Housekeeper (Mr. Abadh) demonstrate me that how they were sanitizing the room before giving to any guests. Really the are doing a marvelous job during this critical time.

Room quality is good. complementary breakfast is something should not be missed, we get so much of variety to start our day. Most of the needs would be fulfilled within the hotel like fitness, spa, swimming pool, laundary and food.Though the need of the AC room doesn't make much sense in cold season

Had issues with pre-arranged airport transfer which was mostly down to poor communication from the hotel - no email confirming where to meet driver which meant we had to make alternative arrangements. Not great after a 14 hour flight. This was however rectified with a free room upgrade though, so we

I have organised the team conference for 100 pax with few rooms. Hotel is perfect with all the services. Staff was vwry nice and taje utmist care if the guest. Restaurant team and reception team was great. Cinference hall was also very goid and arrangements made was very good
