We have recently visited the newly opened property Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. The property is beautiful and the staff is very courtesy. I have came across some of the best people who made us feel amazingly welcomed and made sure we have taken care properly. We had some sushi and sandwiches at maison maya.

This was my 1st stay at this Hotel and unfortunately, due to business reasons, I could only stay 1 night here.I could not view the outdoors and / or the adjoining Office / Shopping areas as I was in a get-together meeting in the Level Below the Lobby, which after drinks and dinner, ended very late.

It’s a nice facade with bad product . Hotel is recently opened so I decided to stay here to experience the only grand Hyatt in ncr. The moment you land to your floor , bad sewer smell welcomes you . Entire guest corridor stinks . Guest service takes min 10 rings to pick the call . AC doesn’t work .

New it is in terms of design and outlook. We stayed in one of the club rooms with uninterrupted floor to ceiling views and smart automatic toilets. In Delhi/NCR I’ve seen these toilets in the normal rooms of only one other property. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed to add that extra comfort
