The hotel is a few steps to Gwailor Railway Station so it is very convenient if you need to catch the train. Staff even though can not communicate clear English with me , they tried so hard to keep my staying completely happy even take somebody at the train station to help picking my big luggage. T

The best thing of this hotel is the location. It's situated just beside the railway station and near to shopping mall. Rooms are large, well lit and with basic amenities. Food is also ok. Breakfast has average spreads and service is also good. Decent place to stay

Stayed here for couple of times as it is very near to the railway station.The in room dining is over priced and buffet breakfast is typically same everytime. Last time the very same day I stayed someone had committed suicide in the very next room, haven't stayed after that.

At the time of check in they will ask you to pay and you will not get any receipt at the same..they will promise to give you receipt when check out..There is no hot water in room, if you ask they will say.. sir bath time is till 12pm.. during winter arrange your own hot water if planning to take bat

Horrible stay . If you hv some planned to be in Gwalior for half day & wanted to complete your work in day time then U can prefer this hotel . Since this hotel is just situation inside Railway Stn campus in front of railway station. Platform 1st is just walkable distance . Location wise it is good

WORST!!!Worst room service. Rooms are Dirty, worst staff. The best part of this hotel is that it's attached to Gwalior station. No need to catch any Auto or TaxiRooms are neat and clean and food fairly good Good choices in breakfast. I usually prefer this place as the train I catch usually reaches by 12 midnight and it's easy to check in quickly.
