The hotel is strategically located with the Har ki pauri being in the close proximity and the mall next door. The hotel is peaceful due to seasonal footfall of guests. Location was very outside the main city, it took us approximately half an hour to reach hotel from main city. Water pressure in flush was not ok, we had to flush it minimum 2-3 times to get it clean properly. Electric kettle were not working, the fuse was down (which should be part of maintenance).

The hotel is super bad since beginning. Even when they were with Radisson the franchisee owner did nothing to replace bad spongy mattresses, clean up dirty bathrooms, choked faucets and shower heads.
