Courteous and helpful staff. Good location, easy to reach from the airport. Rooms are neat and clean.Specific to my room - Both Hand shower and Overhead shower in bathroom working simultaneously. Could be improved. Food quality can also be improved

Housekeeping, Dining service staff need better training and monitoring. Quality of the rooms can be improved. Hotel ambience is good and food quality is also very good but I found the dining room service to be very inefficient.

We did the advance booking paid in full and reached the hotel on time. We initially had issues with the room but with help of staff we got a cleaner one which we loved it. Located very near to major hubs in Hitec city, staff is very polite and courteous. Don’t miss on the food, it tastes really good. Vikash and Ravi are very helpful and humble. Thumbs up to this hotel 👍

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms could be freshened up and some toiletries could have been provided. Otherwise clean and hotel is nice and the staff is nice. The food is great and the staff are very courteous. Would recommend for a nice and comfortable stay.
