It is a newly constructed property with spotless rooms, amazing service, super friendly and cooperative staff, especially Astha, Cheli and Raju Ji. The food is fantastic and room service is excellent. The location of the hotel is great too since it is centrally located and every significant location

Superb place for a family stay while you explore the street treats Indore has to offer. Ask for Rajesh, Murali and Kedar for a great service. Room service is super quick so folks with hungry kids can rest assured food will arrive on time every time.

I got a king bed for my entire group and when I complained, shivani's attitude was very casual. I mean, we booked 7 rooms for 5 days and this staff was so careless to provide twin or separate beds for 2 ladies. Such an careless staff will spoil this hotel. Rest all were good. We just checked in and shocked with extremely disappointing experience. The room is very small and inconvenient. It can’t accommodate any extra person even though hotel takes extra charges for the adult. This is so called highest category (deluxe). The reception person (Kushal) says it’s management

Savita and asif were proactive and warm in helping us decide our menus.They even helped us with some complimentary papads as these small gestures are what set a tone for a lovely evening.Looking forward to spend more evenings here.Much recommended.Live music also has the vibe 🥂

Breakfast is awesome and breakfast served by reshma was really appreciable. Housekeeping is pathetic and need to improve on cleaning in room and toiletries. Rooms are not cleaned, towels are smelling. Pools has also very strong smell of chlorine. Apart from breakfast served else all need improvement
