Located in the centre of the city, Grand Heritage Narmada Jacksons lures you with spacious rooms, prompt service, warm hospitality and a pleasant ambience. Recommended for a stay in the city. The ride from the hotel to the airport took just 20 minutes early in the morning.

Stayed twice for one night each at Narmada Jacksons in February. The first night was in the base category Grand Room. It had all the amenities and furnishings but wasn't very spacious and showed signs of age and wear. Also it did not have any windows looking out of the property giving a claustrophob

The Narmada Jackson is a really clean and good hotel. It's retaining the heritage tag and yet with modern comforts. We got an upgraded imperial suite. The lunch was soothing for the stomach and they have fast food in front of the hotel which caters to the local as well as the staying guests. Interes

Worst hotel ever if you want to sleep!! Beds are uncomfortable, staff knocked at 8am to ask for laundry when we had only just checked in to the hotel and the hotel has 3 seperate event rooms that are on ground first and second floor 20m away from rooms your meant to be sleeping in playing loud music

One of the finest hotels one could choose when on a visit to Jabalpur. The ambience, food, service is all impeccable. Their room service is one of the most efficient that we experienced. The GM Mr Pillai and Manager Gibi are outstanding in being courteous and give personal attention to any requireme

Staying at this hotel as a non-smoker was a dreadful experience on 1/17/24. Early morning someone was chain-smoking next door, and the bathroom was suffocatingly filled with smoke. The experience was beyond unpleasant, and the hotel's allowance of smoking in adjacent rooms made it nearly impossible

Very well located, terrific staff. The variety for vegetarians at breakfast is amongst the best we have ever experienced at any hotel in India. the chef is helpful and serves the best South indian and gujrati vegetarian food, that is non spicy and yet tasty. The rooms facing the pool are comfortable.

An average property probably between 2 & 3 star category, the rooms and amenities including the shower therein are basic , the maintenance is quite low resulting in hygiene issues. The staff is cordial and services are satisfactory. All in all this due to lack of much options in Jabalpur this proper
