Had a nice stay at Cignet BL Jaipur. So ok at front desk was very helpful during the check in and checkout as well as during the complete 2 days stay at Hotel.Ashish has taken care of our requirement very well during the stay and was very polite in his approach towards the Guests.I enjoyed my stay

I came from the UK to this hotel - Arrived and check in took quite a while. We finally checked in, and went to our room to find the shower was faulty and spilling upwards, so towards the electric and lights! This was fixed the next day. The pool is not in operation, this was extremely disappointing

The hotel looks new and well maintained. Room service needs Training like keeping extra toilet rolls and bath mats. Room service was very efficient and quick to respond. Food at Pavilion very good.
