We had a spacious, clean room with a Wi-Fi connection that was available without problems, which is not usually easy in some places. Kindness and friendliness of the employees. Correct breakfast on the upper terrace, where you can also have a drink or dinner. In short, a good place for medium budget

Had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was super helpful during the whole period, providing transfers from and to the train station and organizing a great thar desert safari. Great value for money for travelers adding the amazing rooftop view/restaurant!

Highly recommend staying here if you’re on a budget. Neat and clean rooms and courteous staff. Owner manages the tiniest of details very effectively. Their Rooftop cafe The Turban has some really scrumptious dishes to offer.

We spent one night in Swan Hotel, the staff was nice and available to meet our needs. The Indian style breakfast was good. The hotel is out the fort but you can reach it in about 10-15 minutes walking through the local market and narrow alleys of Jaisalmer.

Extremely poor service and highly unhygienic hotel. It was earlier a hostel which was converted only in name to a hotel. If u have a family please don't stay here. The rooms are extremely dirty and located poorly. Lot of noise in the hotel throughout the day as most of the tourists in this hotel are

Very clean and modern with an authentic twist. Very helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We stayed here 3 nights and they even let us pay for half a day, while we waited for our transportation. Highly recommend.

A nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were equipped with AC and a fan. Hot water was also available. Jaisalmer Fort and a sunset point are within walking distance of the hotel. The Turban Restaurant is located on the hotel's roof terrace. A wonderful place to have breakfast or

I highly recommend this hotel!The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, especially mr.Gajendra was friendly & professional. The travel and tourism arrangements made by them were flawless, especially the desert tour. The stay was very comfortable, and the food quite good.

Location was great . Amazing fort view from rooftop hotel swan also have a restaurant on rooftop . We also enjoyed great food with candle light. Room was big with awesome facultys. Overall stay was good.
