The hotel is located on main Shivpuri road. They have secured and gated parking for 3 cars. The rooms are big with clean washrooms and linens. The owner is humble person who loves to talk with guests. They do have their restaurant and bar but we did not tried it.They have a good AC and 24x7 running

Stayed with friends on 17th Jan 2020. Check in was Ok and rooms are small and equipped with Window type air conditioner. Secured car parking available. its just like modern guest house.... if you want to spent just a night at low cost its good.... no other facilities like swimming pool or anything..... either discount or breakfast complimentary....hence ok hotel

Being a woman and travelling alone to Jhansi on personal work, I was a bit apprehensive. It was peek of marriage season. The co-operation that I got from the hotel was phenomenon. It is really the best of the lot and everything was working in the room including a heater. Everyone was very courteous
