It’s located on the busy junction of Shillong and the entire third floor is the hotel. Parking is very bad and the jam packed hilly roads around this hotel is unbearable. Stayed at M Crown for 3 days with friends. We were very happy with the hospitality and cleanliness. Staff is very good especially girls in the restaurant like Junedarine Rumnong and Sumi and wanlam who are always ready to serve u with bright smile. Even the bell boys I mean room service boy Monbhal

Most important part of hotel stay is hygiene. Housekeeping quality to maintain bedsheets, towel, quilt etc.. when we asked for change - staff also complaining owner not giving chemical to clean. Quilt is not good enough for Shillong cold days. Overall very uncomfortable say.

Very very bad hotel I will never recommend this hotel to anyone hotel is located at such a place where you know even bus is not entering way to carry our own luggage the switches are not working and napkins are not provided. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody this is on 3rd floor don't fee

The hotel promotes itself as one of the best in Shillong. It’s a SCAM! It is by no means the best hotel in Shillong. It isn’t even a 4 star hotel. While I agree that the design of the hotel rooms and the lobby is very good, the management is extremely poor. It is a 1 star management in a 3 star hote

We stayed there for 3 days in June 2022. We paid Rs. 8250 per day for our stay. The service was nowhere near the price we paid. Same breakfast all three days, bathrooms had the look of a old government guest house with window broken and poor lighting and flooring. Nothing in the food menu stood out
