Visited this hotel recently the second was smooth. Staff was courteous I didn't order any food. So can't comment on that. Location why is it good? You can reach easily by an auto for 50 bucks from रेलवे स्टेशन।

Stayed here for 3 nights in December, in room 114.The hotel is located on the 4th floor of a business complex, but it’s generally peaceful even on a week day. Access is via a lift. Although there are several lifts in the complex, only one is for the hotel. Upon checking in, the staff were surprised

Very cozy comfortable place to stay. Just 15 minutes from Girnar. The Bed and wardrobes were so good we wanted to just crash and go to sleep. Unfortunately we had to stay just for few hours. very Helpful staff.

Really dirty toilets , not enough water in the bathrooms , Water finished while taking bath & no response from management for 45 minutes even after complaining.really bad service , apart from no electricity for quite some time. I stayed at platinum Hotel.hotel is quite good.only problem is its in commercial complex on fourth floor.So you have use lift for in n out.Staff is quite good.Manager was always ready to help.I was quite ill in the early morning @ 3 AM. This is an average hotel. Located quite in the market place. This has two distinct impacts; one is you get to have an easy access to the city; while it is crowded it makes lot of noises. Up in the corridor you can hear the traffic noises. However, rooms are tranquil and spacious at affordable rates.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our tour to pilgrimage of Girnar temple . This hotel is below average , situated on 4 th floor & no breakfast facility , top floor of noisy commercial complex in kalwa chowk , rooms are ok but staff is helpful . 1900 Rs is cost for the room which we stayed is pretty ok

A good hotel with clean and nice atmosphere. But there is no restaurent. front office staff is very good but other Staff is average. but this Hotel suits to only Business travelers.As its situated on forth floor.
