Hotel green park recidency looks like it has seen better days. The location of the hotel is excellent, right near the shopping area and in close proximity to the railway station and new bus stand. With these things going for the hotel, if the management pays some attention to basic things like clean

stayed at the hotel for one day with my family. but they charge unaccounted money over and above the bills. except for the convenient location, the hotel has nothing much to offer in terms of service, hospitality or menu.

Rooms are well maintained , not much value for the money paid. Local and multi cuisine food available. Locational advantage is there being very close to railway station and opposite to Railway Muthappan temple. Relatively close to the city centre.

I haven't seen a worst Hotel than this having traveled frequently to various places and stayed at various Hotel. Mosquito ridden rooms, over smart and conniving staff. I was booked into a non ac room. But since they did not have the same available, was asked to shift into an "EXECUTIVE" ac room with an extra charge of Rs. 550. Did not know one of the worst nights is ahead of me... Breakfast area is filthy and

One of the best holidays I had at Kerala... The food was nice and the location was too good. The suit rooms are clean and neat and porsche. I went there at July (possibly the worst season), but I was very lucky. When I was there, no rain at all..Treatment and hospitality was good.

If you are on a quick kannur visit on train or bus and want to just sleep fora night or two, this is a great hotel. Rooms are slightly expensive. Service is passive. Food is average. But the location is very good. Railway station and bus stand are at walking distance.

Hotel near to Railway Station,Ok room, linen can be much cleaner. No hot water, Water from all taps is yellow...Dirty water. Have a restaurant at Ground floor. Good parking space. Lot of shopping opportunities within walking distance.
