Stunning views on lush green trees and lake, clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast is included, some days you have buffet other days you have a la carte. My daughter's ring exchange ceremony was held at Kairali on 10th December 2023. My single point contact right from day one was Mr Dilip, F and B Manager. He is a gentleman to the core and very supportive and cooperative. All the arrangements were perfect and the food arranged for 260 pax was fantast

Good property, needs upkeepThe property is really good. But post the lockdowns it looks a bit rundown. The rooms are spacious and have good views, but also have a musty smell at times. The toilets are jaded and feel old. Thankfully there was renovation work going on. But then it’s also very affordab

The rooms are perfectly comfortable. The hotel staff has a great sense of hospitalily.affordable prices. You can taste local cuisine (Kerala) with only fresh and natural ingredients. They also offer a selection of North Indian dishes.

A decent, economical resort. Silent and a picturesque location away from the city. The amenities are ok. The food is way below average. The staff is friendly and supportive. The suite room is cheap and you get a small villa ambience there. Overall experience is good. Swimming pool is also good.

I booked the resort for end Dec 2022 but could not go due to a family urgency. I spoke to their GM well in advance and he agreed for a refund. It never came through. Called them tens of times, they didnt pick up the phone. Will never book with them again. Zero customer service.
