Amazing stay . The services are excellent, staff is polite and helpful. Will really recommend those who visit kanpur to stay at citi club. Really enjoyed the time here .Very good service. Due to the pandemic they took all the necessary precautions , sanitization was well maintained while entering.

Never visit there, the senior staff feels they are working in the only hotel in the country. Very unprofessional very rude. Never expected in hospitality industry. Room are spacious with coutrious staff and amazing mini fotball court with 5 a side team can play football.Food is also good and due to covid Era all protocols are followed without much human intervention. Also I got a good deal 🙂

I went with my friends and had pleasant stay. All precautions and safety guidelines were taken by hotel staff during covid times. We ordered indian food , it was scrumptious . Ambience is good and staff and managers are courteous.

Congenial staff to make the stay quite pleasant. Went above and beyond to cater to some last-minute requests.The food is well prepped and hygienic. The club has spacious grounds to walk and play. Strongly recommended.

Great hotel, good value and really helpful staff!Nice car parking. I really enjoyed my stay and the service and would recommend a visit. Would definitely go back in the future. Rooms were clean and everyone was great!
