Very safe and comfortable stay but room service is delayed due lake of service person's. Only accommodation no restaurant otherwise it is nice. The cost of single bedroom is 1200/- . Trip advise also provided.

Budget hotel. Room is very small and congested. It’s near the sea but no views except from terrace. It’s walking distance to the boat ride. Sunset point is 4-5 kms away but sun rise and bhagwathi temple is walkable. The approach road is very narrow. No restaurant is there in the hotel.

It was a decent and comfortable stay at AR residency. It was situated at 2mins walkable distance from sunrise point. The rooms were neat and clean, well maintained. Hospitality was really good and caring. Price of the room was also very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone because it would suit

It is new hotel, very clean and the front desk people were very nice, Room service was fantastic. Particularly, bath room was big and clean. Hotel has private covered parking. Best hotel to stay with family. We will definitely come again to A R Residency.

Excellent Hotel to Stay. Very Spacious & hygienic room. Very friendly & responsible staffs. Wonderful location, very near (walkable distance) to the sea shore & other place of intrest. Worth of money. We will definitely stay again & recommend this hotel for a memorable stay. Keep it up 👍
