Apparently the best option in Kasaragode, it has excellent looks on elevation. The large parking area in the front is an attraction. But the sanitary fittings are in poor condition although fixed newly. The quality of plumbing is poor. Absence of hot water in the bath room and poor slope in the bathroom are bad. The staff are nice but response time for any request is too much and hence a put off.

It is quite possible that the owner of the building/hotel was cheated by the Architect and/or Contractor(s). The concepts are actually very good. A business hotel at the centre of the town with conference rooms etc However, the plumbing sanitary fittings are terrible. The owner ensures uninterrupte

The Hotel J.K. Residency in Kasargod is Very Excellent & Nice Hotel Service is Little Bit Slow which Hotel has to Improve or Else Everything was perfect. Rooms are Good Clean & Maintained...Location is Centrally Located.

I was here for a family dinner and reached at 9 clock.After ordering food it took thirty minutes to serve and after serving I dint see any waiter checking the satisfaction.They served and disappeared in the kitchen. I have to get up from my seat and go to the kitchen to check if I can get some more

The hotel is a mug shop. They are in for taking advantage of the family travellers. They are extornist. I had booked the hotel in mangalore but they manipulated location. It's 50 km away and in isolated Kerala . Absolute no for stay. Dare your life to visit the place they have forced to pay at

We stayed for one night at this hotel. Very nearly located to the bus stand. It is a new hotel. Rooms are well furnished,spacious and well maintained. AC is very good,nice parking area.Hotel have a good restaurant. Overall a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The JK residency is one of the best place. We are so happy with there service and caring. And the have good view rooms and good food items. And this place is so charming and quiet. We are so thrilled on there.
