Went to Kasauli with friends and family recently in Jan and bookee directly from the hotel. This is a mid size hotel very near to kasuali town with 28 rooms overall. The property is well maintained and view from the rooms is great. Stayed in valley facing premium rooms located all in the same floor

THE hotel staff is resusing the plastic bottles and serving it to customers in the room. We requested for the water in room and we got one bottle of kinley, one bottle of aquafina and surprisingly one water bottle of rail neer. My family opened the bottle and drank few glassses from those bottles. W

Location is good . There are actually no direct hotels on mall road or neat tourist pt.so this hotel is located in a ggood reach to mall road. Go in for Kasauli Exotica only if you don't find any other place to stay in kasauli.1. If you book thru any travel portal, they will give you a room without a view and tell you that you didn't pay for a valley view room.2. Check in time of 2pm and Checkout time of 11am doesn't make sense. They claim

Illiterate Staff. I called the property for a corporate booking of 12 rooms for check in on 14 July. The staff tells that they dont give rooms for corporate bookings on weekends. Went with my friends for a 2 night stay. It was a really wonderful experience. Just 2 KM from Mall Road, you simply climb (If you can) or else just take your car or a taxi. Food is really Awesome (except aloo gobhi, however they didn't charge us for that). Staff is very nice and a special voice out
