Overall experience was not good right from entering the reception lobby.Bed linens were soiled. no provision of hot water kettle. even there were no cups and water jug available.only 2 staff in the entire hotel plus manager and that includes the cook.its a budget hotel unlike other treebo properties

I feel we are fortunate enogh to find this place which is surrounded by beautiful view which one needs after staying in Delhi.No pollutuon. No SOUND pollution.Great food. Good chai.Reasonably priced.Will surely recommend.Close to the Heritage market...Manki Point.Check the pix.

Very clean hotel with a super good view of sunset. Staff person(Suraj Thakur) was very helpful n soft spoken and helped promptly whenever required.Food options were little less..rest all good. Thanks !

This is first time we booked hotel via treebo trip. We earned Awesome experience . All are Hill facing suits, friendly staff, spicy and very tasty foods. Car parking area is very spacious. We enjoy the trip a lot.

Dirty bed sheet and blanket. Poor service. No body attend call for room service. Average maintenance. Average location. Parking space is good. Brakefast is good. But overall its bad experience and crashes our trip

Hotel is too good. They have well maintained rooms. Room service is good. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Morning location from hotel is amazing you can see vally from your bed also. I am definitely going to stay here again.

It is good hotel for stay with family. Parking place is good and big. Location is also good. Views from rooms / hotels are beautiful.Generally in treebo property breakfast have good choice and good. But in this hotel in breakfast have no choice. Breakfast have fixed menus.

Do not recommend!I arrived to be greeted by cold staff, paid for my room for two night and requested my change but they didn’t have any. Was taken to my room which had a amazing view, this is the only reason I gave a star otherwise. I had one staff member invite himself into my room to smoke cigaret

We stayed for 2 nights but didn't like the place owing to cleanliness, service, food quality etc. The place could be better if they can plan a roof top restaurant or something. Else the in-house kitchen is No good.......

It is somewhat distant from Kasauli city.... just a challenging uphill walking. So... if you are travelling by bus, make sure U love to walk.Eventhough it was so much worthwhile. U gain in silence, peace and an amazing view.I had a nice bedroom... large, with lots of natural light and sun and amazin
