terrible place !!! insects in the rooms, unprofessional staff, dirty beddings, third class amenities. do not spoil your leisure time and hard money and most importantly beware of paid reviews. they don't even bother to listen to the guest once they receive money.

We went to Kasauli on off season without making any hotel bookings. There we got to know that Kasauli is full packed as weather changed from hot Indian summer to monsoon rains. No good property was available. We just landed at Wood Creek Resort when we saw its number on one of the advertisement boar

Started with a bad experience with check-in. We had booked premium rooms with bathtub but they received the booking for a lower category of rooms. The extra bed for the child was only a mattress with dirty linen. The food was “bad”. Khichdi for child had raw uncooked Dal. Asked for non spicy vegetab
