Amazing service with great amenities, very ideally located close to the airport. Brilliant service from Jisonz, Ambili, Stephy and Indu at the front office. The breakfast was very well curated and organized very sophistically. All requests were catered to swiftly during our stay here.

They advertise themselves as a 5 Star hotel, but apart from the prices, nothing else touched even 3 star level. The rooms are decent. I started at 306 but moved to 314 but both rooms had issues. This hotel is on a main road and noisy at times. The rooftop bar and pool is nice when lit at night. In our room the following things did not work; the tv, the aircon, the safe. There was no hairdryer and one of the two pillows was mouldy and the minibar empty. We were given water without being told

Being very less time we stayed in this hotel we are not able to fully experience the hotel facilities or environment.Rooms were good. We didn't have food here. They gave us packed breakfast (veg sandwich and watermelon pieces) as we had early morning flight.Airport is hardly 3-4 kms from this hotel.
