From walking in the door to leaving after our stay we felt welcomed and beautifully looked after by smiling friendly staff. The staff was attentive and helped with anything we needed. We used the laundry service and while it is a little pricey, the clothes were well cleaned and folded. Rooms were always kept clean and had a wide breakfast selection.

This is the first time we are staying with this new hotel situated in Palarivattom . Its a well maintained hotel with a reasonable rates for accommodation & food . I stayed here for 6 nights. It was a nice and wonderful stay. I was allotted a room on 7th floor. A fantastic room. It was clean and well maintained. A view from the room was fantastic.
