Quaint and private little hotel set in the heart of the city, yet not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The rooms are functional- spotless, with good wifi, tea/coffee, hot water and a super clean washroom. The best part was the service, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Music

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator

I am staying at this hotel for almost a month now. Very neat rooms with all basic services in place. Coffee maker available which makes it very easy for making bed coffee. Excellent breakfast. Very courteous staff and overall i had a excellent experience on my stay which made me to become a repeat

Good place to stay when u are on a trip, to kochi, business or leisure, the staff will make sure that u r in comfort. Smiling and Friendly staff. The restaurant serves excellent breakfast and lunch, though not much on South Indian Style, loved him the Rice bowls.

My friends and I had a great time during our stay in Niko. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They were following all covid related protocols and gave high importance to hygiene.
