Food, accommodation and staff courtesy was very nice, but accessibility was very poor, especially when coming down the stair case and going to the rooms. Should definitely take more precautions against rains. Was stuck in my room for 2 days as there was no proper way for me to get out of the resort

The road getting to the resort is a kilometer 4WD track, so a bit difficult on a motorbikeThe location in a coffee plantation as very tranquil, we stayed in a cottage which was very nice, but not luxurious. The restaurant setting was very nice but the food was no better than you could get at a roads

the staff was welcoming and the coffee plantation surroundings gorgeous.BUT, dinner was served too late if you have to go for a safari at 5 am... we were a group of 11 people and asked if we could have dinner at 7pm instead of 9pm and they said no. NONE of us had dinner.for the rest all was nice!
