Booked this online as reviews were great but after having stayed there, found those misleading. First, if you want to enjoy natural beauty, stay at Madikeri and not Kushal Nagar. Very poor service, dirty linen, tea kettle etc don't work, reception or room service don't even answer the calls. Pathetic place. Totally unresponsive. Getting tea in the morning is a huge task. Terrible resort
