We have been to Jem Valley on 5,6,7th October-2022. Resort Manager Mr. Arjun has well received us with his staff. We were 2 adults and 2 children, they allotted us king room with extra bed. Last minute booking ended up in disaster. Rooms are dirty, not yet fully renovated, unprofessional staff yet they were polite. We stayed in Jem valley for 2 nights , all their rooms have balcony and the view is stunning .. the hotel is located in the highest altitude in Kodai .. the road towards the hotel is very steep and it will be challenging with elders ..we had RE Himalayan,it was thrilling ride to the hotel .. Staffs

At first the hotel scores full mark for its location and views from the room. The hotel is even 200 Metres above Kodaikanal lake, so it’s more cool than Kodaikanal town. We stayed in the highest altitude rooms in Jem valley hotel and highly impressed with the hospitality and the new year arrangements, food and the games. Jem valley is one of the best stay in Kodaikanal. Manager and the staffs had taken really a good care during our stay in the hotel.
