Stopped on the way back from Goa. Good location as great places to have dinner nearby. Rooms were average. Rooms were not even ready at 7pm and we're being cleaned. Asked for tea without sugar and got it with sugar, so we asked for a replacement. The hotel person came to take back the tea with sugar

Budget hotel. But property now requires maintenance.I had visited this property almost 3 times before 2022 and it was in good shape.We booked our one day stay here in September 2023. But rooms definitely requires maintenance now especially washrooms. Washrooms of each room wasn’t in clean shape. Man

The hotel rooms are very well maintained. The staff from Reception, Housekeeping, restaurant all are very nice n cooperative. The food served was also very tasty n amazing. Will give full marks 10/10.

If you are looking for a great hotel with great service; Don't even think about this one. Apart from the location; there is nothing good about this hotel. Skip this one like corona virus. DONT STAY HERE.

We needed to stop in Kolhapur on route to Goa from Pune because we were driving with our 10 months old baby and there's only so long a child that age can take long car journeys without getting awfully uncomfortable and irratable. Hotel K tree is a hotel which near to both bus stand and railway station. The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness, service and amenities. The price that is put for a single occupancy rooms also makes it worth a stay for people on business tours. One should stay while his/her stay in kolhapur.
