Thanks to Bidwan and SriKumar for making our stay very pleasant. A very welcomed getaway inside the bustle of Kolkata. A peaceful escape for two nights in the third floor twin room facing the Ganga - river through large pane viewing windows. Very helpful staff assisted with entry with a wheel chair.

The stay was quite nice and the ambience is just so mesmerising. The booking was made easy by Sourav Mitra. But The food quality needs to be upgraded. Also the in room dining is very hard to reach and reception couldn’t connect the call. We had to reach out to so many dept for candle and glass. But

The stay was a unique experience. It's nothing like anything else. The rooms are comfortable and our housekeeping staff "Samir" ensured our all needs are met and regular dose of coffee stays on our coffee table. Thanks to the entire floatel team for keeping it afloat 😉

Great experience. Would like to suggest to check-in before evening to enjoy the marvelous sunset. Every hour provides a unique experience. The location is prime. Riverside view is awesome. Service is also great. Rooms are relatively small and AC operating is little different. Foods are little bit on the costlier side but the restaurent is at the rooftop and you get a nce view with your food. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

I opted floatel's boat ride for a friend's birthday. It was an amazing experience, one of a kind. They provide a package which is to be pre booked that includes an hour of boat ride and we were provided with a picnic basket that included finger foods, coffee and a soda drink. When searching a suitable place to arrange a family get together and banquet on 27th November 2021, to celebrate my son’s marriage, Polo Floatel fascinated me most by its convenient location and unique identity of being a hotel on a barge, floating on the Kolkata’s ancient lifeline, Ganga. My guests
