It was amazing stay for almost 2 weeks in this hotel. Home to home feeling. Very good hygiene and Covid protocols followed and the friend desk executives were super supportive and quick in response 24/7 Lavish resturant that covers almoset every dishes. Breakfast is awesome. Had a wonderful staycation at Taj Vivanta, Kolkata celebrating my anniversary. The house keeping guys had decorated my room with balloons and also provided a anniversary cake. It was a wonderful gesture. We had lunch and breakfast at at Mynt and dinner at Wink. Food was good and so was the service.

The Hotel currently lacks a model to service Solo Travelers (Business or Leisure) especially when it comes to Food and Beverage. A lot of food was unnecessarily wasted as there was no option for single serves for in-room dining. Having buffet meals 3 times a day cannot be considered healthy. The Air

I stayed at the Vivanta for 3 nights with my 2 year old daughter. We had a city view room which was supposed to be a 'quiet' room as per the description on the website. Unfortunately, it turned out that the city view also came with city noise at night i.e. the traffic noise and honking from the road
