Good business hotel in city centre. The railway station is nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable with clean toilets with basic amenities. Service is also good. Food is basic and nothing extra-ordinary but breakfast was sumptuous. Good hotel for short stay.

double room but had towels soap etc for only one person The location is excellent ,the room had a pungent smell when entered from outside,the room appeared to be wee bit tiny I liked the breakfast ,overall too costly for what I got

Stayed 2 nights, the service is good, the rooms could have better lighting, NO WIFI in rooms. Don't take a room overlooking the railway track. In the middle of the city. I had work at IIM so this hotel was too far. Breakfast starts only at 7.30am, had lunch on my day of arrival, again good service a

I booked Paramount Tower for two nights and when I reached there late night, the reception guy informed that the standard room booked by me is not available. And to my surprise he gave me a suit room for the same rate on the condition that the next day they will change it to standard room. Next day

Me and my wife... Both doctors, had our work in Calicut medical college... I had made the mistake of not checking whether I had selected one or two travellers on booking this hotel for goibibo... Since it showed standard room, I dint suspect. Later yesterday night at 12, when we reached the hotel

the hotel is close to bus terminus and railway station. it has swimming pool and good restaurant. near by you get to shop kerala snacks. nearby there are big malls. rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Really worst experience from reception person mr mejo, really disgusting, will not suggest , he will treat you really in a worst manner, and also will shout at you, you doesn’t have to say anything, we doesn’t know how the customer will afford these type of service

Terrible room service.. dirty linen and terrible breakfast.expect weird parking slots,old lifts, filthy kitchen churning out stale food, dirty pool, horrible room service who don't make your room till 5 pm, vanish if you were to ever ask them for something, disinterested restaurant staff, average AC

After booking rooms in advance on reaching the hotel early morning I was told that the rooms are not ready. after waiting for and hour they gave me a room which did not have even have a plug point to charge the mobile. The rooms are poorly maintained. The wash area near the restaurant is very dirty.
