The room was spacious and the staff courteous and ever helpful. The housekeeping is good and quick to respond for any need . There are few areas which needs improvement. There were mosquitos in the room. Don't know from where they enter. As the hotel is next to two jeweleries there is space problem

Situated in the center, close to railway station and not far away from airport. Good ambiance and courteous staff. Clean, neat and spacious room. Food is average. Rates are reasonable and gives value for money.

Really terrible experience at Key's malabar gate Really disappointed as have stayed I stayed there 3 night and 4 days a the malabar gate. No toilet kit in the room during the check in we have to call and request for every thing the booking was for double sharing and amenities given were for 1 Servi

Stayed with family on 18th October 2015 (overnight). Reached the hotel around 1130 PM. We had one heavy baggage with us. The hotel lobby is at a height from the street level. There are 7 to 8 steps leading to it. No one came forward to help us with the baggage to carry it to the lobby. No bell hop!
