Average place, overpriced. Food options very limited. Lots of chameleons in the lawns which made us uncomfortable. Person in ground floor room can hear the conversation of the floor above which made sleeping difficult!Views were very good, fruit trees in abundance... it's kullu after all :)

Very beautiful place, kais is about 15 kms from Kullu on steep height which gives very beautiful view. The rooms are good , you find no sound of city nearby, Very serene beautiful place , good but little costly food. Nice staff and management . Mr and Mrs Kimta. Good place to spend at least 2 nights

I had an awesome stay at an amazing view good hospitality and great food. I would recommend anyone going towards Kullu should try and vist Kais. Its such a peaceful place, time just flies in beautiful Himalayan backdrop.
